The 55m/180'5" motor yacht 'La Familia' was built by Amels in the Netherlands at their Vissingen shipyard. Her interior is styled by design house Laura Sessa Romboli and she was delivered to her owner in May 2015. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Tim Heywood Design.This four-deck yacht's deep blue hull gives it a striking appearance, and the flawlessly polished cabinetry showcases a chic contemporary interpretation of conventional interior design. The boat differs from many other Amels yachts in part because the owner chose Lambert & Thurnherr.

Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000 M70) 16-cylinder 1,408hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 13 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 15 knots with a range of up to 4,500 nautical miles from her 115,000 litre fuel tanks at 13 knots. La Familia features at-anchor stabilizers providing exceptional comfort levels. Her water tanks store around 17,500 Litres of fresh water. She was built to Lloyds Register classification society rules.
